User Agreement
1. General Provisions
1.1. This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) establishes the terms and rules for the use of the Taro bot (hereinafter referred to as the Bot) by Users.
1.2. The bot administration reserves the right to change the content of this agreement at any time unilaterally.
1.3. The User's use of the Bot means that the User accepts and undertakes to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth below.
1.4. This Agreement does not require bilateral signing and is valid in electronic form.
1.5. This Agreement is permanently posted on the Website at https://taroai.me/terms
2.2. The Bot sends notifications to Telegram messengers.
2.3. The information located in the bot is obtained from open sources. The bot administration is not responsible for its relevance and accuracy.
2.4. The User uses the bot solely at their own risk. The Administration does not bear any responsibility for any losses related to the use or inability to use the bot.
2.5. The User undertakes to use the bot only for legal purposes and undertakes not to post materials of the following nature or links to them: violating the legislation of the Russian Federation, containing threats and insults, discrediting other persons, violating citizens' rights to privacy or public order, having an indecent character; promoting or containing appeals to incite religious, racial, or ethnic strife, containing attempts to incite enmity or calls for violence; and other materials that encourage other persons to engage in illegal behavior, resulting in criminal, civil, and other liability or in any way violating the provisions of the legislation.
2.6. The User undertakes not to engage in activities that may result in temporary or permanent loss of the bot's functionality, or that may cause harm to other users of the bot or other sites on the Internet.
2.7. All objects placed on the website and in the bot, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, videos, scripts, programs, music, sounds, and other objects and their collections, are objects of exclusive rights of the Site Administration and other rights holders; all rights to these objects are protected unless otherwise stated.
2.8. The bot administration reserves the right at any time to change the design of the bot, its content, list of services, modify or supplement the scripts used, software and other objects used or stored in the bot, any server applications at any time with or without prior notice.
2.9. The User has the right to transfer non-exclusive rights to the bot Administration objects to use objects that are in their intellectual property for the use of the Administration of these objects for informational purposes.
2.10. The Administration is not responsible for unauthorized access by third parties to the information of Users obtained by criminal means and/or with the help of social engineering, hacking, and other methods used to illegally seize personal data.
3. Paid Services
3.1. The current subscription cost is listed on the website https://taroai.me/#rec581624457. The monthly subscription includes - 30 Tarot questions or dream interpretations every day for a month, 20 consultations per day with a Wise Counselor, and 20 detailed Life Situation Spreads every day for a month.
3.2. Refunds
3.2.1 After agreeing to the transfer of funds, a refund is not possible, except in the case of technical problems and incorrect functioning of the service features, confirmed by photos and video recordings of the screen and/or confirmed by technical support. All claims regarding the service's functionality and requests for refunds should be submitted through the technical support contact form via the "Feedback" link.
3.3. Subscription for payment renewal
3.3.1. By clicking the "Subscribe" or "Sign Up for Subscription" button, the user agrees to the automatic renewal of the subscription. The subscription can be canceled no less than 24 hours before its renewal. After agreeing to the transfer of funds, a refund is not possible, except in the case of technical problems and incorrect functioning of the service features, confirmed by photos and video recordings of the screen and/or confirmed by technical support.
3.3.2 The subscription will automatically renew for a month until canceled. The user is responsible for the subscription period and canceling the automatic subscription before processing the payment.
